Depending on how much your camera/mount assembly weighs you might have issues with it pivoting on the headrest post. Most people just use some u-bolts with some longer stock and attach to both headrest posts and then have the mount stick out in between the front seats. Another thing that might help would be to put the headrest as far down as possible to clamp the mount inbetween the headrest and the top of the seat.

I used a wing nut/bolt thing so I have a good ammount of clamping force onto the 1 post.
I've tested it and it doesn't swing around. YAY!!!
